My Thoughts
"I have been in the industry for 12+ years, and during that time I have seen businesses get ‘robbed’ by paying extortionate recruitment fees.
Rather than keep getting frustrated about that problem, I looked internally at what solutions I could provide to the problem.
Combining my experience of working with some of the world’s leading brands and helping them secure talent that accelerate their competitive advantage I created a talent consultancy with the aim of helping businesses acquire the talent they need and beyond that, equip them with the right skills to be able to effectively recruit without the need to spend tens of thousands of dollars/pounds on fees."
