Renogo Digital Talent Solutions is the UK's Leading Tech & Talent Consultancy. Founded by Goodyear Lombe LLB (Hons) after spending a successful 9+ years working within both Recruitment Agencies and Tech Businesses (Client-side).
Leveraging from his experience and CIPD Level 7 Qualification, Goodyear felt the time was right to create something different, something more than just a Recruitment Business - a true Consultancy.
Goodyear's vision is to Found a commercially astute Talent Consultancy, one that partners with Clients to secure the Right candidate in the Right role at the Right time through aligning Talent Acquisition efforts to Business Strategy whilst also improving a Client's Competitive Advantage & Employer Value Proposition.
