Once a talent need has been identified within your business all your relevant stakeholders need to be on the same page and should be very clear on what they need and want, and what they don't need and don't want (this is harder than it sounds). 

This information is the foundation upon which your vacancy will be built! You can expect a disastrous recruitment experience for both you and your prospective employees if you haven't got this solid foundation in place.
